This page explains what information we collect (mainly, the email you give us for the Toolkit), what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
If you sign up for the Toolkit, we collect the email address you give us so we can send you the book PDF and the cash forecast spreadsheet, and any future worksheets we release. We do not require an account, a name, or any other personal information to use this site.
Like most websites, we may also collect basic, aggregate usage data (such as which pages are visited) to understand what’s useful and fix what isn’t. This site does not run ads that track you across other websites.
What we do with it
We use your email to send you the Toolkit and, if you don’t opt out, future worksheets and updates. We do not sell or share your email address with lenders, advertisers, or any other third party. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Cookies and analytics
We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages are read and which calculators are used, in aggregate — not to build an individual profile of you for advertising.
How to reach us or request deletion
To ask us to delete your email address from our list, unsubscribe from any email we send you, or email us directly at idkokos@gmail.com and we will remove it.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the effective date above and, where required, let you know directly.
