What the calculators are — and aren’t
The DSCR, loan payment, and cash conversion cycle calculators on this site compute the same formulas a lender uses, so you can see a real number for your own situation. They are estimates to help you think it through. They are not an underwriting decision, a pre-qualification, or a guarantee of any outcome from any lender.
Every business is different
The book and this site describe how financing generally works. Your own numbers, industry, credit history, and lender relationship will change what actually happens when you apply. Nothing here accounts for your specific tax situation, legal structure, or contractual obligations.
