Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you apply through one and it works out, we earn a commission. It never changes your rate or costs you anything extra, and it never decides what we recommend — see our Resources page for the standard we hold every recommendation to.
What this means for you
When you click an affiliate link and later apply for or open a product with that company, we may receive a commission from them. That commission comes from the company, not from you — it is never added to your rate, your fees, or your cost in any way.
How we choose what to recommend
We recommend banks first. We recommend marketplaces when speed matters more than price. We never recommend a daily-payment product. Nothing is listed on this site that the book itself warns against — that rule applies whether or not a link happens to be an affiliate link.
Where you’ll see affiliate links
Affiliate links appear on the Resourcespage and, occasionally, inside a chapter as a contextual mention. Every affiliate link is labeled “Affiliate” right next to the link itself, along with a short plain-language note — not buried in this page alone.
